Day 7 at an all inclusive cruise vacation… basically I’m gonna die
Who knew binge drinking at an all inclusive was so bad for you??? As the days went on my ring kept getting more and more mad at me lol. 36 readiness score (when my baseline is typically 80-85) had be STRESSING. Now it’s time to take rest seriously, and probably do a 24 hr fast followed by a juice cleanse lmfao
