I was groomed and sa‘d so many times at the ages of 7-12 by family friends, older kids at school, even some of my family members (that I don’t see anymore) I’m 14 now and I’m literally EXHAUSTED from all of this. I was groomed not too long ago and did things I regret doing. thankfully I don’t talk to that person anymore , I just want help on how to not feel this way anymore.
