my pup is 5 months old, scottish terrier girl, we’ve had her for two full months already, and she’s just a usual puppy, headstrong and independent, sometimes crazy, but she know how to behave herself on the ground - she can relax, sleep and do whatever when she’s down there, but sometimes she jumps by the bed (we have a really high bed so she can’t make it) whining, so we take her up with us and… she just looses it.

she starts to bite, to jump around, tries to eat our socks, digs into the mattress and can’t settle no matter what. we wanted her to get familiar with the bed so she could sleep with us, and get her a ramp so she could go up and down whenever she wants, but every time on the bed gets turned into ‘Friday 13th’ with all that craziness.

why does it happen? is it because the territory of the bed unfamiliar, or she doesn’t like it?

my scottish terried puppy is 5 months old, and she’s a crazy little fella but a few days ago she started to behave very strange.

i’ve never noticed her breathing with her mouth open for long, usually it was just after an active game or a walk, and lasted for a few minutes until she settled. two days ago she suddenly started to breath very very quickly with her mouth open, but her tongue wasn’t out. i didn’t like it so we went to a vet for a quick check up, and the vet said they didn’t hear any noise in her breathing, her heart rate was alright and her blood results came just excellent, temperature okay, a perfectly healthy pup.

but today she breaths all day with her mouth, very-very fast, she can’t settle, didn’t even sleep during the day for more than an hour, and when i tried to forced-nap her, she just kept whining so i let her out and tried to calm her myself but nothing is working. i searched all of the internet and i don’t know what to do. she’s eating with appetite, drinking, she’s active and the temperature is alright but i’m just so worried there must be something wrong, cause when we go walking she likes to launch herself very fast and sometimes gets caught with the collar. what if it hurt her neck?

sorry for this messy writing, i’m just very worried about her :(
