What do you islamically to stay ground when you feel like your life is upsidedown?

I haven't been in the best mentally, going through grief and trying to make sense of my world.

Usually, my iman is alhamdulilah stable and high, but as of a couple of months, my mental health has been taking a nosedive, and my iman is also fragile.

I used to read Quran almost daily and feel grounded.

I noticed I start to spiral and cry at least once a month (not a norm for me), especially around my period (I do usually get more senstive in gerneral, but there is a clear emotional change the last several months).

Also,I am starting to feel behind and alone in life. Finding myself think in a scarcity-based way, which I didn't before, as I believe Allah is Al-Wasa', the Expander and the Most Rich.

What tips do you have or stories/experiences can you share to help me build sustainble habits to replish my iman again? JAK ❤️
