First time flare-up
Two or three months ago I started with red red dry skin on my cheeks and basically ignored it because my face does things all the time. Like after I turned 45 my skin has been different but I thought it was just pre menopause. Last week I did get curious and figured it out.
My question is about the pustules. I’ve got them and I’m a horrible picker and popper. Are we popping the rosacea acne? My new favorite hobby is popping by gently pressing tweezers on them and picking the dry skin with tweezers. How bad is that for my face?
