Do you think Nikki Liked Bear/Baron

I wasn’t necessarily sure - could go both ways

Reasons she doesn’t

  1. She paid for the shots (usually girls want to pay so the guy doesn’t get the wrong impression)
  2. She didn’t want to go in the car with Bear when Ian instigated (get your girl home)
  3. She said when I like someone, nobody knows - Ian was a secret hook up
  4. She brought up Sarah - perhaps to have him lean in that direction

Reasons she may have

  1. She paid for the shots (maybe she’s just nice and wants too)
  2. She said when I like someone nobody knows (so it could be bear)
  3. She didn’t want to go in the car with him but some girls could be the “when I like someone, nobody knows)
  4. Everyone knew Sarah liked him so maybe she quit so that Sarah and him could have a shot? She said if
  5. She also seemed upset when he said, I only see you as a friend
  6. She brought up Sarah during the ride - perhaps to test the waters

CF feeding Question

I started my CF and will be extending it (long story). To make it “worth it” I thought about requesting supervision with feeding therapy. I’m wondering how that could be supported. In grad school we only took like 2 unit class over the summer.

Can anyone share their experience. One of my friends in a different state said she was just thrown into it

If you don’t have 50 utterances - but the child has PCC below age norms, academic impact, and is not stimulable for high frequency sound - s, z, s-clusters.

Is it typically okay? Supervisor said try to get 50 utterances next time. Not sure if it’s like super required if we don’t need a language sample to qualify. He only qualifies under speech

I want to double check as a CF

If meetings are past due but you’re able to reschedule and parents have no concerns - how does that affect me in my CF? One of the SLPs said it could affect of they audit and pull my file?

Would that affect my license ?

What counts ?

Kid is absent

Assemblies

Kid refuses

Teacher says they’re busy (test)

Teacher says fun Friday

Holidays?

Minimum days?

(Can’t take them from recess, lunch, PE, or other support classes - OT, RSP, etc)

If I couldnt make a session do to other admin is it recommended to put SLP unavailable if it’s yearly minutes? Or would it draw too much attention and get me in trouble :( sigh

I’m a CF - started mid-year and played clean up at a school placement.

I tried my best to get make ups while managing report writing and assessments, and taking notes for students.

For some reason the last SLP who started the beginning of the year had like 2-10 sessions per student.

I was unable to make up all of the sessions. I worry if I should have made up sessions where the child had an IEP coming up (because I feel like they met the goal already and I was too busy making up for people who were like 6th grade with /r/ , lateral lisps , or ASD.

Considering I’m playing clean up. If I’m out of compliance - would that affect me? My supervisor seems unfazed?
