Me again - as a newbie what watch syncs well (ideally garmin) with Runna. I'd ideally like one that through my headpones what me the next stages etc?
Also aside from the Strength wise - may not be part of runna but can anyone suggest a back squat and upper body (bench) to go alongside runna training 2/3 times a week.
Been using the app for a few days now and had my first yoga session. I need to stretch more I know that I'm not getting any younger. But compared to A&S I found much more difficult to follow . Is there a way to include to s&S include?

I'm currently planning on running my first Marathon April. I have a medium i'd say level of fitness and have previously ran 1.50 1/2s but this was 3/4 years ago. At the moment i'm just building up the miles again. But is there any specific training plans you'd suggest? Runna gets a lot of online hype but looks to be Ai. I was looking at omnia-performance as it sometimes offer some Functional Fitness alongside, but welcome for other ideas Omnia seems pricey but does also offer some training plans which are a lot more affordable. I would ideally be looking at Sub 4(ish). Would also anyone reccomend a set of mid price daily runners at the moment? I was looking at the Adidas Adizero EVO SL Shoes. I've also never considered gels as for the HM i basically just ran it and trained on my own during covid.

We're looking to visit in September and struggling with a reasonably priced hotel in the city centre and ideally near Andra Långgatan. We're looking at the Spar Hotel Garda? But it looks taxi/bus away from the city?
