I've done close to 10 interviews so far, and most of them are currently sitting in the “Hiring Manager Review” stage. But it’s a month now, so I’m starting to wonder how to interpret that timeline.

At this point, should I still stay optimistic and continue pursuing roles? Also, if I underperformed in one interview, would that negatively impact my chances for other similar roles, or are those evaluations usually kept separate?
