Not gonna get into detail about appearance as I haven't put a lot of thought into it.
Basically, lover girl (named after "Lover Girl" by laufey) is almost like an alternate version of the lovers. It's made of two units. I tiny main body stand that flies into the heads of people, multiplies then the new unit goes and flies into a different person's head and repeat. And a larger secondary unit that takes the form of a large heary shaped object that floats above the target.
The stand attacks by having the main unit enter different peoples heads and causes them to become extremely possessive over the target and attempt to get near them, aswell as eliminate amy competition. The sub unit then applies a force onto the target pulling them closer to those obsessed with them, the force getting stronger the closer the obsessed gets. But since the main stand is multiplying and making multiple people obsessed, these great forces act on the target from multiple angles, eventually ripping them apart.
This stand could belong to either some creep/stalker. Or mabye for more effect a victim of a stalker where in order to get closer the stalker has harmed people close to them.
