Stand name:「House of the Risin’ Sun」
Namesake: ‘House of the Rising Sun’, an American folksong, famously performed by British rock band, The Animals. The use of ‘Risin’’ instead of ‘Rising’ is in reference to Bob Dylan’s version of the song.
User: Only theories exist about them, but they are suspected to have been Vera Gemini, a Japanese-American prostitute who went missing for four days before being found deceased on the San Diego coast in 1964.
User namesake: ‘The Revenge of Vera Gemini’, song by American hard rock band ‘Blue Öyster Cult’.
Ability
「House of the Risin’ Sun」is a bound stand, taking the form of its user’s blood, which instinctively moves towards areas where murders have taken place. The stand absorbs itself into the body of anyone it makes contact with. While this normally has no effect, if the person it has absorbed into has committed or contributed in any way to the murder of a person, and admits to it in any way, the stand will melt them from the inside. Their melted body will then merge with「House of the Risin’ Sun」, creating more of it. The end goal of the stand is to kill everyone who had, in any way, contributed to the death of its user.
Recently, a large pool of the stand was kept by the head of a criminal organisation, used for the purpose of killing members of rival organisations and executing traitors.

About user
While there are only theories pertaining to the identity of the user of「House of the Risin’ Sun」, it is strongly suspected to be the late Vera Gemini. She was a Japanese-American woman who went missing for four days before her body washed up on the San Diego coast in June 1964.
Her closest living relatives being in New Orleans, only her friends were interviewed by police investigators.
According to them, Ms. Gemini was a prostitute who worked for a certain…”legally dubious” organisation. On the day she went missing, she was supposed meet them at one of their houses before heading to a concert. However, she told them that she would be late as an important client would be coming to her place of work. They filed the report after she failed to show up, even after the time the concert would have finished.
Four days later, her body was discovered washed up on the coast by two tourists who had gone down to the beach for an early-morning walk. The police were called immediately.
During the initial investigation of the crime scene, pieces of soft grey stone were found stuck to her body’s legs, suggesting they had come free from a block of concrete that had not fully set.
It is not known at what point「House of the Risin’ Sun」manifested. The more superstitious say it was pouring out of her body since it was found, or that a spring of the stuff had appeared above the ground where her body was buried. Others say it only started appearing once the police abruptly dropped the case, announcing her death was actually suicide. What cannot be argued over, however, is that since Ms. Gemini’s corpse was discovered, the number of missing people in San Diego has steadily increased year by year.
If I get silver or gold I would like the new flair, otherwise I’d like to keep my current one.

**OPPOSITION**
Laplace's Angel, when the user activates the ability, will generate an 11 meter territory in which anything will do the direct opposite of what it's supposed to do. This can include how other Stand abilities can function, or the actions someone will perform, anything that gets within the Stand's radius will do the exact opposite of its function or action.
**QUE SERA SERA**
Que Sera Sera is the Sub-ability of Laplace's Angel, allowing the user or Stand to see alternate scenarios of future events. The user can decide which scenario is fated to happen or not, which will lead to the selected scenario playing out as shown. This essentially lets the user choose how specific situations are fated to play out, however if the scenario picked is less likely to happen, then it will not happen. The ability only activates when the user is in any dire situation, however it will not activate during crucial or important events that cannot be altered or changed.
NEW CONTENT FOR MY YT VIDEO, I have to say that I unfortunately could not add all the details asked by the creator since I felt like it could overwhelm the design, but I'm quite happy with how it turned out! The glowing dot is now constellations and the moon in its chest changes depending on the current moon phase and obtains more and more power thanks to those same phases, plus that also counts for the lunar eclipse and solar eclipse, thank you you to An_average_moron for the idea!
Im making a Fanpart where the main JOJO is a dog, and its a descendant of Iggy. Iggy probably had alot of s3x when he was in New York, so i guess that makes sense.
Hes a stand user by birth, and his Stand, 「DOG'S OUT」, can control the sapience of any living being, making Joy able to talk and think like a human. He can also turn down human sapience. This ability is activated by touching the target.
Still thinking about the plot of this fanpart, but the main idea is that Joy, also called Jojo, was the pet of a family, but after their disappearance, Joy decides to look for them and find alot of animal stand users in his way.
The main stands, of allies or villains, are based on the chinese zodiac, Joy representing the Dog.
Theres also a pigeon stand user, and his stand is called 「THE ROOSTER」. I need to finish his design tho

Developing stands a character with the Beat 'em Up powerup would get. Named after the infamous 2 Live Crew song from the 80s.
Appearance: Standing barely over 4' tall, Me So Horny is an independent humanoid stand that looks like someone kitbashed a bunch of 80s G.I. Joe type figures and painted the results while high. The hands, feet, head, and every segment between two points of articulation have three horn-like growths from them.
Even odder it has both front and rear tails, each with a single eye and many horns of various sizes. The tails are oddly articulate in comparison to the main body.
Special quality: Me So Horny started as a simple brawler, however it has the capability to improve at physical skills at a noticeable rate. It's unknown if that slows down as it becomes an expert.
Even more alarming, as the horns get wet with bodily fluids they gradually change colors and show minute improvement. After a certain amount of exposure for each horn in a group, the underlying segment changes color and the horns are equalized to continue improvement from their new base state.

I have a stand that has the ability to weld/connect things together through physical contact, its based of off the japanese method of fixing broken objects using gold Kintsugi, I need help making some offensive and defensive applications for the ability if you guys could help and possibly a requiem aswell
Sea Power can create spheres of liquid anywhere within its area of influence. They can be any size the user desires, from microscopic to the size of buildings, and can change the sizes of them at will. The liquids can take on whatever properties the user wishes, for example, they can create a ball of acid around a person that is harmless to the person, but can dissolve or flush out any foreign substances within their bodies. Creating spheres in large quantities and a wide variety of effects at any given time will decrease their efficiency.
As per usual, you give me the name of a song, album or artist/s and I'll give you a stand, with the theme this time being namesakes from the 70's.

- These are all rough ideas I write for fun and are usually a little unbalanced, that's on you, and beyond that the circumstances around a fight can often make an OP stand balanced. This also means I won't be writing stats.

The Stand can summon creatures from other worlds that are best suited for the current situation; be it soldiers, doctors, engineers, animals, monsters, etc. This does not mean the ability is an automatic win button, however, the summoned entities will always be capable of solving the situation, but strategy and common sense still needs to be applied.
The summoned entities will always fight on behalf of the user and their allies, meaning their control or cognitive ability cannot be controlled or taken away. Additional entities cannot be summoned until the current ones are either defeated or recalled.

Appearance: Only the top half of Jailbreak is even seen wearing silver armour with the body underneath being black in colour and covered in lined groves. The underbody can be seen at the joints, waist, and hands. Coming out the armour are two triangular shaped shoulder pads with pointed edges. Jailbreak wears a silver helmet like the armour that covers most of the head aside from the face. The face is covered by a black visor with two silver eyes segmented by lines over top. On either side of the head are two disks with straight spikes sticking out with a ball on the end.

Ability: Jailbreak is a unique stand that doesn’t have a turn physical appearance and more takes the form of electrical signals that come out of the user body that they can send into object. Jailbreak is capable of creating a physical form when its electrical signals are sent into an electronic device with a screen like a Tv or a phone it can also use these devices to talk as well.
The ability of Jailbreak is to send out electromagnetic energy in a similar fashion to a EMP. Unlike an EMP where where it will disrupt or destroy electric equipment it will instead influence. When jailbreak sends out the EMP it will send its own electrical signals into it allowing Jailbreak to manipulate that objects. This works on all electronic based equipment like phones, TVs, and computers but can also be used on other things that have electrical signals like animals or other people.
When Jailbreak sends electrical signals into a person or animals it won’t have great control but will be able to greatly influence their actions. Like making a person trip or drop something that their holding in their hand and can create small visual or audio hallucinations. The more electrical signals that Jailbreak as sent into an object the greater control it will have over it and its actions.
Vera Gemini's The Lady Wore Black

When The Lady Wore Black's palms or feet make contact with something that object becomes moldable like clay. Vera can undo this affect at will and solidify something in the shape it was molded into. Molding will gradually be undone and its affects will be as well. Softened items cannot be broken, only stretched, but they are incredibly flammable.

Appearance: "Exile" takes the form of a stark white humanoid with a completely featureless face and a single line of thick stitching running from the top of its head down to its waist. Its entire body is tightly wrapped in a thin, plastic-like substance that resembles a hooded onesie, but carries the distinct texture and ominous look of a blue body bag. A heavy zipper runs down the front of this coating, allowing "Exile" to zip itself completely shut to camouflage perfectly and hide underwater.
Ability: "Exile"s ability is that "Exile" appears as a dead corpse to anyone who stares at it, triggering a sudden urge to murder one person in the area who will become the new "corpse" in the water. This targeted victim will feel severely seasick and appear as a completely different person to the attackers. Once the person is killed, everyone instantly returns to a docile state as if nothing happened. Finally, the townspeople will collectively drag the corpse to the water, and as they walk away, "Exile" will emerge from the depths to drag the body down for unknown purposes.

Abilities: Gliding Bird is an airborne stand, capable of floating through space at high speed, stabbing with great precision. To identify its targets, Gliding Bird has the ability to record up to four different sound profiles from various sources. These profiles are created by analyzing nearby sounds with a Dual-tone Multi-frequency signaling system. Whenever a person or object reproduces one of the recorded sound profiles, the stand will identify and pursue the source . The chase will continue as long as the sound profile keeps matching the source, with changes in pitch or volume being ineffective to avoid detection. The only true way to stop Gliding Bird is to create complete silence at the source, whether that be by stopping talking or destroying any object marked by the stand. Sound profiles must be recorded manually, requiring the user to retrieve Gliding Bird before marking new targets.
User description: Tony Trash is the youngest of three siblings; an 17 year old teenager with a stuttering problem and a somewhat relaxed and cowardly personality. Tony's parents abandoned the picture long ago, leaving his older brother Harry to be his and his sister's caretaker. Tony is accustomed to being left behind and ignored by his older brother and high school classmates, often finding comfort in consuming pay luxury like magazine collection, eating outside and purchasing little trinkets. Tony's sister Emmylou is the only one in the family who paid attention to him before leaving her hometown to study on Europe. His main income comes from hitman/side hustle gigs, using Gliding Bird as a tool to achieve most of his fights while hiding.

𝙰𝙱𝙸𝙻𝙸𝚃𝚈: Terrain Liquification
The ability similar to Secco’s Oasis, except instead of letting the user dive into surfaces by making dirt into mud (which is hard to move in, but not impossible,) the user floats on the Stand, which makes any surface within a very unfair radius have the properties of water. Which doesn't hold people in place like mud. It CAN affect the user.
After stepping onto the boat and activating the power, the user has to manually stop their ability (since stepping off into the liquid-like pavement won't turn it off.)
If someone or something's floating in the pavement-water and the ability is deactivated, it returns to its regular state slowly. They are now stuck if their upper body was wading around, or buried alive if they were submerged. This is where lethality comes from.
𝚂𝚄𝙱-𝙰𝙱𝙸𝙻𝙸𝚃𝚈: Flash Capsize
The user can manipulate any part of the canoe to twist like rubber; dropping any unsuspecting passenger into the "water" below.
A little gimmick for the user towards any victims: after arriving at a destination, the user can demand for something from the victim, or else the whole canoe besides the area the user sits will unnaturally capsize and retract to normal, and the individual will be thrown off. (based off the lyric: “He said, you better kiss me or get out and swim”)

It looks like a regular canoe with a eggshell blue exterior, and very high-quality paddles, but at the bow, there's a bizarre-looking head and neck statue with its tongue out. Still the same color, but the tongue and eyes are different.
The user of VI is a bipolar person who experiences intense mood swings of positive or negative emotions. This unpredictable behavior later manifested in the form of a stand based around these emotions.
Ability: emotional magnetism
VI has the ability to change a persons polarity based on their emotion at the moment. if they were happy at the moment, they will have a positive charge, if they were sad or angry, they’d have a negative charge. The charge given to the target is linked to the users emotional charge as well. If both user and target share the same emotion, they will be attracted, and vice versa.
note - The targets charge is tied to the last emotion they were feeling the moment the charge was assigned to them, if they were happy when given the charge, their charge will stay positive even if they feel angry or sad in the middle of the push or pull. only the user can change their charge mid interaction.
Application:
if an attractive bond is active, the target will be brought towards the user no matter what, giving them a perfect oppurtunity to strike them with a stand rush. for a repulsive bond, the target will be pushed away about 10 meters away from the user with incredible speed and force, making obstacles standing in the trajectory become incredibly dangerous.
one bonus addition is the fact that VI is not tethered to its users emotional charge, meaning it can wander around the 10 meter radius at will, making it easy to surprise attack the target if they’re being repulsed back.
weakness:
since the user is bipolar, they can’t control if their emotional charge could suddenly flip or not, making it so that the user must think on the fly for any move they plan to take against the target. for example, they could be in the middle of repulsing a target when suddenly they get a feeling of joy which then brings the target right back to them unexpectedly.
