So my cat is 5 months old now and i’m not joking when i say every time I eat, she is very persistent in getting herself a bite, regardless of what it is.

Like sandwiches, yogurt, cake, pasta, egg sandwich, fruits etc. even my coffee will get her curious. I don’t actually feed her any of this because i’m worried it won’t be good for her, but is there a way to sort of limit this behaviour? So far i just lightly nudge at her the whole time while i eat so she doesn’t get a bite or just leave her in another room with her food there.
