Loud noises Downtown?
I live somewhat close to the Bellevue Library. Starting around maybe 10:30, I've been hearing loud metal slamming sounds. At first I thought it was garbage being thrown out, but it's been going on up until now. Like someone is raging against metal as if it was a giant gong. Any idea what this is all about?
