Yesterday afternoon, I pulled into a driveway that was so steep that it was almost completely vertical…so much so that I couldn’t see the edge of the driveway. I tried to pull beside the car at the top of the driveway and didn’t realize that I was in the grass. It had rained quite a bit yesterday morning, so I was basically in mud and left a deep track beside the driveway. Because I couldn’t see it, I wasn’t sure if the track was already there, and I also wasn’t sure if anyone was home. Furthermore, it didn’t look as though there was any grass in that part of the yard. Given all that and the fact that I wanted to finish my block on time, I went ahead and finished the route.
Today, I got a voicemail from the Flex insurance rep saying that the Ring doorbell camera captured the action and that the customer had filed a claim. Has anyone had a similar experience…and what are the odds I’ll be dropped over this? Right now, I have a full Fantastic rating.
