Do I need to cover my dahlias for rain?
I put in multiple tubers in my raised bed today. The following week forecast shows rain of about 0.25 inches on 2 days and less than 0.05 on 2 days. I needed to plant them out before I left for a week long vacation. Do I need to cover the raised bed with tarp? Or will that much rain be okay? PNW area.
A few of them were started indoors and all of them have 2 set of leaves. Can these be covered too?
