Everything is saying that the applications are due "60 days before your study period ends". I don't understand what this means. If my first year exams ended in late April, was I supposed to submit another OSAP application in late February if the upcoming school year starts in September?

I almost entirely rely on OSAP and I'm a little freaked out right now.. Someone please clarify.
