So I started a new Job and got my work uniform, but the shirt feels wrong in many ways and I don't know what to do with it. The way it crumples up on my chest and around my armpits but especially I cannot bear the sleeves for the ive of me, does anyone have a tip what i can do with the sleeves that I can exist better while wearing it? Since it is a work issued shirt I cannot Sew or cut it
