So... i feel pretty lost in the mid/late game as a fairly new and low ranked support (mostly pos 5) player. I have about 100 hours and know the ropes about pushing, focusing objectives etc. My favorite heroes is warlock and shadow shaman.
I guess what im asking is what should i be doing except warding/dewarding and going for random smoke plays? I feel so inconsistent. Are there any general tips for me?

What units are good to build when terran is turtling with tanks and planetarys and turrets all over his 2 base while building mass BCs?
I figured i expanded and went to 80 workers and just went mass stalker chargelot and eventually i won by just sending waves and waves of units and eventually broke him. But it didnt feel good or efficient at all.
Is this where i should go skytoss and make tempests and mothership?
Title. Im a Plat terran and starting to get the hang of things macro wise. Banshees with cloak is just a badass unit and I wonder in what matchups and when/when not to make them?
