I have been working with a luxury skincare brand for about 2.5 months. The website has been rebuilt and mostly optimized. Meta ads are performing well in terms of metrics (cold traffic, retargeting traffic) and just set up the BOF conversion ad this week. Conversion ad is not running so well yet but we are on a limited budget of $30 per day across all campaigns. Socials are consistent but zero engagement.

I’m at a loss. I have 4 more weeks to produce sales or else they can’t keep burning money I also feel horrible being as they’ve invested in my fees and paid ads. Anyone have any advice?

Skincare product is high ticket $189 her product price.
