So I received a check in my name from South Carolina Department of Mental Health-pursuant to warrant of comptroller general. I have no idea what this could be for, memo says vendor. Has anyone else received anything like this? Google says could be real but I’m wary.
My state taxes this year were taken to pay the Department of Mental Health, I’m assuming for outstanding fees. Why would they send it back?
