I'm currently at 12th grade near graduating in Philippines and plan to serve on a mission. My academic transcripts are decent but I think it would be difficult for me to enter Provo. I am planning to study in Idaho first to build up credentials, then transfer to Provo eventually. Is it a good plan? Or do you have any sugggestions?
