I haven't found that information myself so learnt it the hard way, maybe someone will use it

General

1. You can get there only in T1 or Pirate ships up to Cruiser (included)
2. Loot itself looks like the same as Warpath Intelligence Cache but more canisters (8 instead of 2)
3. There is a timer once you got on the grid, after timer all canisters will be destroyed (alarms won't be triggered)

Alarm triggered when

1. You touch one of the red bubbles (they are propely visible only when you are zoomed in, for example on your ship)
2. You fly through one of the big glowing circles
3. You fail hack
4. You get too close to the Master node (big antenna on top)

What alarm does

1. Spawns 4 bubbles around special nodes
2. Turns on turrets
3. Spawns rats on grid

How to turn off alarm (ONLY when triggered already)

1. Hack Master node

Damage is quite significant so the only ship that can do that easily (from basic fits) is Stratios
You can use some of the frigates but be sure to use Interdiction nullifier (for bubbles) and Warp Core Stabilizer (as rats are going to tackle you).

Walkthrough

1. Do not use MVD when close, AB is safer
2. Follow the path 1-2-3-2-4-5-6-7-5-8 of the banks on the image
3. Profit
