Was recently a victim of identity fraud and had my accounts drained before my bill was past due, I was assured that my service would be restored due to it being a level 2 ticket just for them to literally cut it off within a couple of hours of them restoring it. I’ve been given the run around by 5 different agents over the course of of at least 10 plus hours, please help
