Hi. Recently diagnosed po sa PCOS and was recommended to take Althea pills.

Just want to ask what is the best time to take the pill? As a mid shift gurly. My duty is from 1-10pm

Also, what are your tips or opinions or anything that will help me get through this cuz i really don’t know what to do and im kinda scared.
