Hi everyone,

I need advice on how to handle my manager but a bit of context before: I work in a corporation, super fast one, where almost everyone is working overtime to manage their unmanageable workload. And although that's already horrible, I am used to that. [Looking for a nee job ny the way]

However, after my previous manager was pushed out of the company I got a new one who messages me 6-8 times EVERY day to either give me new tasks (sometimes completely irrelevant stuff that shouldn't be a priority) or to check the status of previous ones. And when I say previous ones - I mean tasks from just a few days ago.

She seems to think that things get done by some kind of magic in a matter of minutes and keeps pushing me so much that my stomach now hurts when I see her just typing on Slack.

Does this fall under mobbing and what can be my next steps in your experience? I tried speaking to her, gently for starters, to let her know that there's just 2 of us handling many initiatives and she said she understands, but she just kept pushing.

Thank you everyone, I am honestly losing my mind and started hating my job and this person. 😥
