Recently I tried the M&S Collection single origin (Ecuador) 75% dark chocolate, and surprisingly it impressed me. It didn’t have that sharp bitterness at the start, melted quite smoothly, and didn’t leave a tannic aftertaste.
Do you have any other recommendations for 75% dark chocolate that are easy to find in the UK and not too intense or high-end?
