I’m currently in the market for a manual 1st or second gen fit. Budget is ideally $5k-ish but flexible by a few thousand upwards. Looking at a clean looking 2007 with 211k miles but no apparent problems from the listing. Asking us $5500 but I’d attempt to negotiate down to 5k flat. Is this a price denoting hidden issues or is it worth the 1.5hr drive to go look at the car?

Also is this budget reasonable? Had seen lots of decent looking examples around this range of FB over the past month or 2 (all manual) in the north east but am back home from college and intend to buy here (SE US).
