Started drinking energy drinks after 3 years post op and just remembered I was told not to.
I’m 3 years post op and I’ve recently started drinking energy drinks. Nothing bad has happened but today I remember that I was told not to after the surgery. I would ask my nutritionist but the clinic closed so I have no one to ask. Should I stop? Does anyone know why it’s “bad”?
