The agri-world of Urdahl, with its dense atmosphere and sprawling continents of forest and cultivated plains, proved an ideal theater for the rapid strike doctrines of the Disciples of Caliban. As the Lion’s Claws descended upon the world to contest the encroaching forces of the Archenemy, their Scimitar-pattern jetbikes, recovered from the wreck of the Infernus Class cruiser Constantine were among the first assets committed. Utilizing the planet’s breathable yet heavy atmosphere, the riders executed low-altitude ingress patterns, skimming over thawing rivers and threading through pine-choked highlands to strike at enemy logistics and reconnaissance elements.
Operating in concert with armored spearheads and the towering war engines of Legio Idunn, the jetbike cohorts became the eyes and blades of the advance. Lieutenant Corvael Thane directed sweeping encirclement maneuvers, herding traitor formations into kill zones where the full wrath of the 3rd Company could be unleashed. Sergeant Maedros Vahl’s squad, in particular, gained renown for breaking a reinforced column attempting to breach the northern agri-belts—crippling it through a sequence of perfectly timed plasma strikes and melta passes. On Urdahl, the Sky-Hunters did not merely scout—they hunted, ensuring that no enemy could flee the judgment of the Lion.
I've recently completed my squadrons of Disciples of Caliban Jetbikes. A bit of customization using 3d printed heads, and some leftover bits. They're not the cleanest paintjob, but they're done and they are mine :D
