Used the head from the Dark Vengeance set and the shield from the old DWK set.
Now tackling 5 terminators and a Captain and Librarian in terminator armour before moving on to the rest of the Armageddon box.
Well. I did it. I got all ten of these bad boys painted. And have already needed to pin four of the ten maces, so I guess I have the next six to look forward to soon. I do like how they turned out though. Color coded them with their teleport homers so I don’t have to keep track of which is which.
The lettering was fun though!
Now I’m just stuck waiting for the weather to let me varnish everything. I have about 27 models sitting in my “to be varnished” tray. 😂
OK, so this is: a) not well-painted; b) just base-coated; and c) my photography sucks, but since it's Sunday and I'm really bored- what does this guy read as? Just out of interest as I know people have different views on wargear etc! :)
I’m thinking about starting DA with the other half of my 11th edition Ork launch box. I’ve been thinking about DA for a bit and have the old combat patrol box, the DW command box, and a few other odds and ends including 2 Dawn of War boxes and some bikes for Ravenwing. Thematically, I definitely want more terminators. I also understand that Azrael is almost an auto include. What else should I add? BTW I shave a ton of spa marine stuff I’ve never built.

As mentioned in the title, a work in progress but wanted to get some feedback on a Dark Angels Centurion I’m working on. Any feedback on the colour scheme? I’ve gone for AK smoke black for the base armour, Vallejo air gun metal for the trim, Castellax bronze for the standard and medallion things. A dark grey/light grey/Offwhite sponge slapchop with fleshtearers red for the cloak.
All thoughts or suggestions Will use an acrylic wash for the metallics, and an oil wash once finished. Thinking of doing one shoulder pad very dark green, to signify origin from Caliban…
This is my Deathwing Terminator Sargent. I've always loved the look of Deathwing, but my first attempt to paint them was such a disaster that it put me off of the faction entirely. Now I've figured out how to do the Deathwing bone color, I can finally paint a consistent army.
With the new land speeders, plus plasma and speeder detachments, it seems really fun to make a flying ravenwing list.
Problem is I worry that the old models might not look great in person (I've never actually looked at them in person, they look fine online) or they might get replaced/sent to legends what do you think? How has the dark shroud/vengeance performed for you?
Krautcover (Kodama Forest) makes it super easy. My old basing took forever, but this looks great with minimal effort
New-ish scheme. Hoping for a darker overall angel. Going to keep my regular lighter green for most models but I'm wanting these to be a kind of lions guard detachment. Tips and comments always welcome. Thank you brothers.

Hey yall! I built and glued (bad idea, I know) an Impulsor but would like to turn it into a Gladiator. There are a few parts that would need to be moved that are glued down. Does anyone have any experience undoing Citadel's plastic cement? How can I turn this into a Gladiator? Thanks in advance!
