I had a problem with my previous Ecobee where it was starting the AC at the same time it was starting the furnace. Not ideal. I contacted Ecobee, sent them the data they requested, and they sent me a new thermostat. The new thermostat is now installed, and each time the furnace comes on I listen for the AC, but I’m not always around to do that. Is there a way that I can read the data downloaded from beestat to know if the Ecobee is starting the AC when the furnace comes on? I have a basic setup…standard gas furnace and separate AC unit. Nothing fancy and no heat pumps. Thanks.
