I am getting this error tonight. Any idea what can be causing it?

My estimated time to cool is a lot different than actual time.
It said 40 mins but the trend shows system only ran 26 mins so how is time to cool calculated and why is it off that much
Hi all. I am trying to dig into my ecobee data from the house. We just got a new unit but I think it may be undersized.
Just got the beestat app trying to get better data.
Can someone help me understand what this is showing me. This is generated from the past month of data and this week we are going into a heat wave.
Is this basically saying that my AC unit can not provide adequate cooling when above 84F external temperature as my heat gain and removal is equal at this point?
