Hello - hoping for some reassurance here. I’ve shipped sports cards ESE for several months with minimal issues. In the past couple weeks about 40 envelopes didn’t receive an initial scan. I know the tracking is unreliable, but I usually always at least get an initial scan.

Have you had envelopes that never had tracking updated be delivered? I’m not sure what I can do if a seller reaches out and it still says “preparing package”
