[M4F] Roleplay (of many genres), Romance, Another word that starts with an R OH MY!
Hello everyone, trying this again, so if you saw this post before, bear with me! As you can already tell I am great at this...
Anyway, you may call me Waffle! I am M26, over in the MST timezone, and a proud cat dad. She is currently sitting on my lap purring at maximum volume, trying desperately to get another bowl of food even though she has already been fed.
To the roleplay!
Once more into the breach I go to search for roleplay partners and fellow writers!
Generally speaking, I tend toward more lit-advanced lit, but I am open to most writing lengths and tend to match my partner in whatever energy they bring to the table. I love making characters with my partner, interweaving our stories and backstories, and deciding what shenanigans they get up to together. Because at the end of the day, that's what it is all about - writing together!
Some general writing preferences:
* No one-liners! I am good with any other length and can match my partner
* I tend to prefer writing third-person past tense, but I work with whatever I'm given
* I can generally post once or twice a day, due to a busier schedule, but with summer coming up, that availability is going to open up even more
* OOC chatter is heavily encouraged, I love getting to know people and nerding out about our characters - memes, songs, Pinterest boards, whatever!
* Please be 18+, with 20+ preferred - always feel more comfortable writing with people around my age or older. You know the dealio.
Now onto the meat and potatoes of the post - what I am actually hoping to write!
* I am an absolute sucker for romance, and while it isn't a must, it is what is scratching the itch in my brain right now.
* To that end, guilty as charged, I love a good trope and cliche
* Theme-wise, I love a good slice of life, survival, historical fiction, period piece drama, mafia, supernatural, superhero, fantasy - really, you name it! If you have a setting or theme that you really want to dive into I am all ears
* Fandom roleplays are accepted - Witcher, Star Wars, LOTR, Dispatch, Game of Thrones, Avatar (yes, both), Hunger Games, Harry Potter, and much, much more! Though I don't enjoy playing non-OC characters, so I would ask to stick within those bounds
* Give me the angst, give me in-depth characters, your best and broken! I love characters that aren't perfect.
