Buyee’s storage policy is misleading for international users. A package listed as expiring on a certain date may actually be disposed of before that date even begins in your local time zone due to a 6:00 AM JST cutoff.
I was actively preparing shipment, had already contacted support before the deadline, and was ready to pay approximately $600 USD in shipping and fees. The only delay was correcting customs documentation, which is not mobile friendly.
Despite this, my package was disposed of and support refused any recovery, compensation, or goodwill resolution.
This experience cost me a significant amount of money. I strongly recommend completing everything well in advance or considering alternative services.
I will be closing my buyee account after using them for over 10 years.
