Good resources for learning about frame data?

Tekken 8 is the first fighting game I've really gotten into, and while I've made it to Raijin on ranked without paying any mind to frame data or the more technical aspects of Tekken (and fighting games in general), I've hit a wall and I realized I need to take the time to learn the intricacies of the game if I'm going to advance. I've watched several videos and I kind of understand frame data but I'm struggling to apply that knowledge to actual matches. Are there any thorough resources anyone suggests looking through to get better at the game or just tips that helped you get better over time?

Edit: I finally found a video that makes more sense to me. Thanks for your responses everyone.

This is the video that helped me understand a little better:

Is there a counter to Lars’ air grab?

It is the one move my friend just does over and over again that I just cannot come up with an answer for unless I can strike him in the air before he inputs the grab command. Is there a counter for it? I can’t find anything online about this

Take a hot shower in the morning to loosen up your vocal cords! The steam loosens up the muscles while hydrating your vocal folds. I was hitting my "target voice" very consistently last week for the first time but my throat became tired towards the end of the week so over the weekend I spoke less to just give myself a break. Monday and Tuesday I was struggling to get back to the right pitch and resonance but I took a shower in the morning yesterday and today and it has been much easier to maintain the right resonance and pitch without feeling any strain on my vocal cords. Not sure if anyone else can speak to this but it seems to be working for me.
