I am 38. My home is valued at 325k.
Bought at 350k 2.5 years ago.
I can rent it out for 3k (very high for 325k property)
My mortgage payment is 2050.
Bills are 350$ max.
I owe 269k.
I recently went through a very heavy spiritual awakening. The process took 2 years (sabbatical) and went through my savings.
I am now living in a much cheaper country and do not wish to come back.
I am writing a book that professionals in the industry said will do well. Either way I will write another draft (maybe 6-8 months of work). Currently pitching to publishers as it’s a nonfiction and does not have to be finished. But I do not want to rely on a possible advance.
I can live easily off 2k a month where I am.
Any suggestions? The house brings in too much $ to sell. Let me know if you need any other details.
