100% P&T Granted… But Claim Never Closed and Went BACK to Step 3?
Anybody ever have the VA continue working a claim AFTER already being granted 100% P&T?
Filed my claim in February. Last month I was granted 100% P&T and every claimed condition was granted. Backpay already hit.
But the claim itself never closed. It actually dropped back to step 3 after the award, then I got another ACE review through LSGS with the same examiner that did one of my original C&P exams. Today it suddenly jumped to step 7 final review.
I never filed anything new, never requested an increase, and there weren’t any denied conditions left.
Just curious if anybody else has seen this and what it ended up being.
