My sleep anxiety has come back with a vengeance
I really need peoples advice right now! I suffered really bad sleeping issues a lot of months back, I was working early morning 6am and the worry of trying to get enough sleep at night caused me to get barely to 0 sleep nearly every night.. I thankfully was able to change my shifts to later in the morning and for months it was going great! Fast forward to currently right now I was on holidays last week and came back to work on Monday and from Sunday night I’ve had around 5 hrs sleep altogether my anxiety at night has spiked up again and I just can’t seem to settle.. I’ve tried everything to relax me but nothings working and I’m now lying in bed in tears because I don’t want to go through all this again.. please does anyone have any advice on what’s best to overcome this? 😭
