Im 26 and i passed this giant blood clot today. I’ve had the copper iud since December of 2025 so i dont think it was a miscarriage, but I’ve also never passed anything like this. I told my friends about it and they told me about decidual casts which is what I’m hoping this is, but if you’ve had one, was it similar to this? I had the worst cramps all day and i took 6 midol within 2 hours and it didn’t help at all. And I’ve been feeling lightheaded but I’m thinking it’s bc of all the iron I’m losing with my heavy flow. A tad nauseous too, but i think it’s just bc I’m very anxious rn. Any advise is welcomed 🫶
