Broadway Pizza CRM System Works Better Than Their Kitchen
I used to order from them a lot, but their quality has become unbearable over the past few years. Half the time the pizza is either undercooked or burnt, and the tomato sauce is literally dumped on top and left soggy, like pouring salan over roti.
But something happened a couple of times that genuinely surprised me. On their website, they asked for my address and phone number, so I cautiously entered my brother's inactive number just in case they started spamming SMS messages.
To my surprise, they called me on my MAIN phone number, the one I used years ago. I never entered that number this time. The numbers are completely different, and I never entered a name or exact address either, just a general area location (Ex: Gulistan-e-Johar).
This happened once before too, although back then I had entered my main number. How is this even possible? How does their system know it’s the same customer? What sort of technology is this?
