What's wrong with my Tort
He's got these bloody spots on his hind and im not sure what to make of it besides that he's been spending a increased amount of time in the water bowl and his skin has softened and its possibly rubbing on his shell. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I I know if I should take him to the vet or if I can take care of it myself.
