Hi all,

I recently exited my company and handed over all assets on April 1, 2026. I’m currently waiting for my Full & Final settlement.

My concern is regarding my March salary calculation. Salary seems to have been processed only till March 25. From March 26 to March 31:

I took 3 days of Earned Leave (EL)
1 day was Work From Home

As per my understanding, these should either be paid (WFH) or adjusted against my EL balance. However, I don’t see payment for these days in my settlement.

Also, my EL requests were applied in the portal but are still pending approval.

Is it valid for the company to:

Not include these days in salary?
Treat them as LWP even if I have EL balance?

What are my options if they delay or deny this?

Would really appreciate guidance from anyone who has faced a similar situation.
