A million years ago (okay, like, 25) I briefly lived in the East Bay. There was a spot next to the pizza place I worked at that had amazing braised tofu (not chik'n, not beefy crumbles, not sofritas) burritos. The juices would soak into the rice and it was heaven.

Anyway, do those exist anywhere in the greater Seattle area or even Western Washington? I'm willing to travel a moderate amount.

Hi folks! Very soon (like, Friday) I'll be welcoming a 2 year old cat into my home. I'm considering bundling pet insurance with my other Progressive stuff, but I want to hear recommendations from other Seattle pet parents about what insurance they've had the best experience with re: local vets (I assume there are certain insurance plans some vets don't take, similar to human insurance).
