I want to refinish these tongue and groove wood floors on the second story of the house I just bought. Can someone please direct me towards the best sander? belt sander, then edge sander, then random? is there any risk in the wood getting too thin? do I need to cover everything on the first floor or will all the dust actually be collected by the sander? help me I'm just a girl trying to make my floors pretty again!!
