i was js reconfirming but if I'm gonna try for round 2 and say I get one of these vacant seats, will the seat still remain as CIWG or get converted to Non CIWG? or is there some detail I'm missing

I got nitdgp but If I choose to select float to be considered for my options above, I won't be able to choose back on nitdgp if I get anything higher than that on my choice list right? Ill just have to stick with what I got in the 2nd round is it?
