Is it normal for emdr to take more than 20 sessions sometimes to process past emotional trauma? Thank you.

Did anyone not start being able to detox from mold and mycotoxins until they saw a chiropractor? my chiro says a misalgined spine affects the liver and other detox organs. Thanks.

I moved to a low mold home and brought some of my clothes from the moldy apartment by mistake. I threw out the clothes but how do i get rid of the mold spores and mycotoxins from the air that are in the house now? thank you :)
