I didn't want to start reading until I had the set. Time to get cracking

This mornings progress along with some pics of the base

I wanted to do something quite dramatic for my Defiler base. So I've got it clambering over rocks and I've sawed out notches to make it look like his claws have cleaved the rock and it will also give me a way to anchor him. Then it got a bit out of hand and I thought, "that peak needs a tree!"

I've made a base for my Defiler using tree bark. I wanted to give it something more dramatic to be clambering over. I've sawed out claw marks for the feet to be anchored to, once it's painted. Pleased with the results so far
