It’s kinda weird seeing the World Eater aiming with a bolter while the other chaos marines are executing melees, so this scene stood out to me. But at the same time, he looked so cool.
I don’t care if the only thing they want is to slaughter and kill. I look at them with pure admiration in my eyes. The bloodier they get, the better!
PS, this is my bf’s figure that I gave as a birthday gift before I got into warhammer, and now I often joke that I’m gonna steal his berzerker away
So my friend just showed me a video of a gent reviewing the new Custodian rule, and omg, I hate it. It genuinely doesn't look fun to play against.

It's been two updates now and LoJ with Diaciple of Khorn can still attach to Eightbound and Berzerkers, giving them both the World Eaters and Blood Legions keywords.

After nearly a MONTH, I finally have my hands on my first World Eaters Combat Patrol! I’m super excited to start putting this together and painting but wanted to ask more experienced players about what weapons should I put on the Rhino Riding Guy or if there’s a way to magnetized it to have both options available? Also any tips on how to paint these guys would be appreciated! Trying to go for classic pre heresy 30k world eaters look. Thank you all who reply!!
Any tips to make the lava look less bright? I like the results, but I feel like I am using too much orange/yellow. Trying to paint something like the second picture.
The 2 dp for BWB with vessels, hit very hard. Angron 1 shotted a knight. 20 zergs, with kharn and a lord on jugg took out another and E8bound with a slaughter bound took out a 3rd all in one turn. Then it was just a game of scoring points.
Slaughterbound's ability to regrow an 8Bound or Exalted 8Bound during each of your command phases does not specify it has to be on the field, meaning you can have a slaughterbound whose lost models in his group hop inside a land raider and wait until the next command phase and regrow a model inside the transport. I find this to be very relevant information, especially in the context of goretrack+vessels, as this lets a 3 man 8bound or exalted 8bound with a slaughterbound recover after a big skirmish and get the most value out of our slaughterbound as with Lance and Aspire to infamy, allows a Slaughterbound and a 3 man unit to quickly take something out and potentially survive
Just a quick update on my defiler kitbash. It seems to be turning into a diorama bit by bit. I made the pillbox out of the defilers old arm guns and an actual pill bottle. The paintjob is still very far from finished but I'm pretty happy with how its coming on. This is the biggest project Ive worked on to date, thanks to anyone whos given advice on painting techniques for aging metal. Its a rough job so far but its coming on
Basically I was just looking at pieces/bits that I had left over from building the demonkin box and I had some bits left over from the berserker kit and the bloodletter kit as well as a few of the blood crushers, and an ultramarine captain I was given by a buddy so I thought screw it I'll put them together and while he doesn't have any legs I do think he looks pretty cool. But now I need a good reason that he lost his arm and gained a new one and I'm drawing a blank any good suggestions?
What do you guys think so far? I didn't need another juggerlord so used the leftover bits from Lord Invocatus to kitbash a MOE instead. Just need to tidy up and do some finishing with green stuff
Just because I think the og model is ugly
I've had Angron for well over a year, but I'm not particularly good at painting and, frankly, I felt way too intimidated to paint him.
My son made a flippant comment when I asked him to do something for me (I'll do that when you paint Angron) that kinda brought home to me that I've taken so long.
So, I just had a go.
I went with a more fleshy skin tone so that I could get his face tats (assuming that's what they are) in there, and I have him a white bracer to kinda suggest a part of his old self was there. I wanted to try to capture some of the tragedy of what he used to be and what he had before.
Anyway, here he is.
The actual defiler isn't finished yet but I'm pretty happy with how the base has turned out
