**updates! Look for my photo comments!!

Mom is Australian Shepard/boston terrier and dad is Maltese ?? Would you agree ? And the only reason I ask is to get an idea of whether we would be able to provide for her energy levels, how big or small to expect her to get and if there are any concerns someone more educated might have about the dog’s health etc. and I’d love to hear about your experience with these breeds if you have any to offer thank you!

Does sleeping on your back help heal diastasis?

I know this is a weird question, but I’ve had it twice now currently a 2 finger upper diastasis, both from pregnancies. First one lasting about 3 years, and seemed after my bloating went down, and I stopped sleeping on my side due to co-sleeping, to have healed on its own. And I can’t help but think that sleeping on your back causes you to breathe correctly and if you’re doing it for hours every night could back sleeping heal a diastasis?

Mild dry itchy eyes

I used tret 0.025% cream for the first time in probably 2yrs I washed, toned, waited about 10 minutes, moisturized then used a pea sized amount only on my cheeks and forehead, the bridge of my nose and my temples. And I still have a mild dryness and itchiness near the eyes, why is that?? Or what can I do better next time?
