Hi people!

I recently adopted a puppy labeled by the shelter as a German shepherd husky mix and when enrolling him on Banfields wellness plan they DNA tested him and it came back as Chesapeake bay retriever husky malamute even wolf and calupoh I was shocked. Now I’m wondering about my big boy- he’s a 5 year old “lab Husky mix” is what he was labeled as at the shelter when I adopted him. He’s 85lbs and EXTREMELY hairy this boy needs hair trims every two weeks. I adopted him in north California. He loves water and playing fetch.

Here's some pictures of my (approx.) 2.5 year old dog Murphy! included some puppy pics, one from his rescue, and one when I picked him up. I think he's a pitsky, maybe with something else mixed, but what do you think?

I’m bringing this absolute goober home in a couple days and I couldn't be more excited! I wanted to see what everyone thought he might be. I'm thinking a mix of Chihuahua, Tibetan Spaniel, or Pekingese, but I’m not too well versed, so I could be way off. The shelter said he’s most likely around 2 years old. He’s pretty long, with a bit of a long neck. He’s also quite nimble, being able to balance on his hind legs pretty good, and jumps up on chairs like it’s nothing, if that makes any difference.

 

Any and all help is much appreciated! At the very least, I’m happy to have shared this little guy with everyone!

Best guess is Husky, Pitty, Border Collie and Lab so far. 100% adorable and derpy face

She’s a 2 year old rescue from Alabama, we were told from the rescue she’s some kind of schnauzer mix. She does have the wire coat and mustache. She’s pretty shy, but more confident around me and other dogs. She’s a big couch potato who loves to cuddle.

I’ve had Jake for 5 years and i have always wanted to get him tested and we finally did!!! Results at the end of the pics (:

He's very skinny, tall, and has two kinds of fur (his undercoat gets matted easily if not brushed daily) and weighs 17 pounds. His tail is skinny and whip-like, and his toes are extremely articulated. Very calm energy, but gets zoomies. We adopted him when he was 3 and he's now 6.

she’s a rescue from the shelter and is absolutely the best thing in the world. i’ve had her since january and am looking into getting her dna tested. i’ve been told pitt mix from the shelter but a lot of people who have met her in person (including both her trainers) told me she might be an amstaff . what do u guys think? she’s super friendly, loves to play and cuddle, has moderate to high energy levels, she is still a puppy ish (1 and a half). she also gets along great with every single dog ever, every single person ever, and she is very very very smart. id love to hear your opinions on what breed she could be ! xxx

Adopted her from a shelter in southern Mexico, I would assume she’s a regular village dog but her curly tail and coat pattern got me wondering

Ps - she does like us and is happy, she just has rbf

Thank you all for your help, after much reflection I have decided she is a village dog with a fancy tail. I adopted her in Yucatan and we call mixed-breed dogs "Malix Peek'" which is mayan for "Mixed Dog" (-:

Shelter said he’s an Australian Cattle Dog mix. He’s 9 weeks old
